Here you will find information about using the features of the new website.
We are still in a testing and development phase, so please let us know if you find anything that is not working correctly so we can fix it.
You are also welcome to try out our new website for the Flower Essence Society.
Your passwords do not transfer automatically to the new site. When you log in to this website for the first time you will need to choose the option to reset your password. You can then choose to use the same password you had for the previous site or a new one. This same password will work for both Flower Essence Services and the online shop, and for the Flower Essence Society, including your Society membership, if applicable. See below for more details.
Your user name is your email. If you have ordered from FES in the last five years, you are probably already in our system. Click on the link to sign in in the upper right, click on "Reset Password" and you will be sent an email with a link to set your password. If your email is not in our system, then you can click on "Create an account" to sign up.
After you sign into your account, you will be able to view past orders and invoices, and re-order products you have previously ordered. You can also add or delete saved credit cards. (Note, all credit card information is saved securely by Authorize.net, not directly accessible on the FES site or database.) You also have the option of ordering without saving your card information.
After you set your password, your login will also be good on the new Flower Essence Society website, but you will need to sign in when visiting that site.
Yes, you can view the website and place orders as a guest without creating an account or signing in. However, having an account allows you to save addresses, payment information, view order history and check in on your order status.
Practitioner and Wholesale customers must sign in to access discounted prices and payment terms.
Yes, we offer free UPS Ground shipping for all orders of $150 or more. UPS Ground service and our free shipping offer is only available to US addresses. Additionally, UPS does not serve Post Office Box addresses.
We have a combined form for practitioners and resellers (wholesale accounts) and you can fill out the appropriate section(s) depending on whether you have a health or counseling practice or resell finished products. We realize that there is often an overlap between these categories, so the choice is mainly one of how you intend to order and how you self-identify. The practitioner discount starts at 20% and automatically switches to 40% when your order total reaches $200, which converts to $150 at 40%. The wholesale discount starts at 40% but if you need to make a smaller order below $150, your discount will only be 20%. This is a change from our previous policy of not accepting wholesale orders that did not meet minimum order requirements.
When you apply for the practitioner or wholesale status, the upgrade is subject to review by our staff, which generally will happen on the next business day, Monday through Thursday. Once your application is accepted, the new discounts will be reflected on the e-commerce shop, if you are signed into your account. We will contact you if there is any issue with your application.
If you have already signed up for practitioner or wholesale status in our previous system, that should be reflected once you sign into your account.
You can update your information at any time, as the application form serves as an update form. Previous data will be automatically loaded into the form, and you can make corrections or additions as needed.
Please note that you must be logged in to complete the practitioner or reseller application. Please read the first two sections above for more details.
Our new site has upgraded searchable finders for practitioners and stores, replacing the "referral networks" on our previous site. The store finder is open to any wholesale account with a physical store location and/or selling online. The store finder now has the option to display images you upload and you can indicate which of the FES product lines you carry .
The practitioner finder is open to anyone who has an active health or counseling practice open to the public, and who has been approved for a practitioner or wholesale account. Listing on the FES Practitioner finder also requires a current Flower Essence Society membership.
Listing on one or both of the finders is an option that can be selected on the practitioner/reseller application.
Once your finder listing is completed, a preview will be available on your account page, with an option to update it at any time.
