Payment
All prices listed on the site are in US Dollars (USD). Prepayment is required for all orders unless you have been approved for credit terms.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. International orders are best paid by credit card.
We also accept checks, money orders and bank transfers. Instructions will be provided, after checkout, on the order confirmation page. If paying by check, please reference our order number. Your order will be held until payment is received.
Can I pay with PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay?
Not at this time.
Gift Orders
If you're ordering a gift for someone, please write a note to us on the checkout page: “This is a gift, please include gift note and packing list only. Message for gift note: _____________.” Billing information will be omitted from packaging for gift orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders of $150 or more are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping to US addresses at checkout. Free shipping is not available to Puerto Rico, or Guam. UPS Ground shipping requires a physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
FES ships all over the globe. Please visit our Shipping Information page for details.
How long do processing and shipping take?
Order processing
After you place your order, it generally takes one to four days to process and prepare your order for shipping. Transit times for various shipping methods are figured from the time the order leave our office, not from the time you place your order.
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday. Any orders received after 3pm (Pacific Time) on Thursday will not be processed/shipped until the following Monday at the earliest.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Can I add to my order or cancel it after it's been placed?
Your online order starts processing once it is placed, so it is not possible to change the order. If you wish to add more products, you will need to place another order, which will ship separately with its own tracking information. Alternatively, if the order has not yet shipped, you can contact us to cancel the order and then place a replacement order.
Also, if you made a mistake or need to change something on your order, such as an address correction, or would like to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not shipped yet. Refer to the order status in the order history section of your account when logged in. If you receive a shipping notice email with tracking information, it is too late to cancel the order.
Can I return a product? What if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged?

I am ordering from outside the USA. Why can't I order the Healing Herbs (Bach) Essences from FES?
FES is proud to be the authorized distributor of Healing Herbs flower essences for North America.
FES cannot sell the Healing Herbs essences and formulas outside of North America.
If you are interested in purchasing and/or shipping Healing Herbs flower essences from outside of North America, please contact Healing Herbs directly for alternative options.
