Fill out the form below and let us know if you want a replacement, credit towards a new order or a refund. Ship the product at your expense to the address below. Refunds and credits do not include the original shipping costs.
We will honor our 30-day satisfaction guarantee after you fill out the form below, describing why you were dissatisfied with the product, and whether you wish a refund or or credit towards a new order. Refunds and credits do not include the original shipping costs.
At our discretion, we may ask you to ship back the unused portion of the product.
Customers may not receive refund or credit for the same product more than once. FES reserves the right to limit the satisfaction guarantee for anyone who makes excessive requests for refunds or credits.

Policy Restrictions
We will only accept claims for items purchased directly from FES. If you purchased our product(s) from another retailer, please contact them for further assistance.
All requests for returns, or refunds must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Currently store credits can only be accessed by contacting our office directly by email or phone. We will be updating our website to handle store credits in the near future.
Customer Satisfaction Suggestions
To better manage expectations of what to expect when working with flower essences and how they may affect you, please be sure to review the Four Levels of Flower Essence Response (4 R's) for greater insight to the timing and varieties of responses to flower essences.
If you find that you keep trying flower essences, but none seem to be working for you in the ways that you hoped/expected, we strongly recommending seeking out and working with a practitioner. A practitioner can work closely with you to help identify and formulate a treatment plan to address the issues that may be too difficult to identify on your own. You can search for a practitioner using the FES Practitioner Finder.
